About Me

I am a former Visit Baltimore Convention Registrar. I started LT Event Registrars, a veteran, minority, small-owned business that delivers registration services that are above the bar, with courtesy and professionalism to the event manager, at conventions, and at conferences.

Event History

I worked as a Convention Registrar beginning in the year 2005, with temporary staffing agencies. I became a regular and seasonal employee of Visit Baltimore. Visit Baltimore is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit that generates economic benefits for the region by marketing Baltimore as an engaging cultural destination for visitors, an ideal destination for meetings and conventions, and an advocate for the local tourism community. Visit Baltimore is the official destination marketing organization (DMO) for Baltimore. LT Event Registrars provides high-quality registration services at conferences and conventions with courtesy and professionalism.

CAPABILITIES STATEMENT

LT Event Registrars is a minority-veteran, black-owned small business that delivers registration services that are above the bar, with courtesy and professionalism to the event manager, at conventions and conferences. The registrars welcome and process all registration types, including online and onsite. The duties include rendering expert customer service while being a personal concierge for attendees’ inquiries. Provide support to the event host by administering guest services, session monitoring, and badge scanning.

CORE COMPETENCIES
